The hotel has spotless and extremely spacious rooms. The staff is very helpful. The hotel has an exceptionally nice and unbeatable position in the middle of Lenexa. When I am in Lenexa, I like staying here.

We had a such wonderful time in this pet-friendly hotel in Lenexa. The staff was helpful and amicable and responsive to requests. We asked for a spotless and spacious room with a stove and full size fridge, as example and got one.

The location was favourable and great, in the middle of jackson, in the calm area. Also, an art museum was 1 mile away. Appreciated a fridge, tea/coffee making equipment and a dining area in the room. The bathroom was clean, it was nice to have a bath.

This place had a studio suite with 2 queen beds and a stove, and it's conveniently located near a McDonald's just a block away for breakfast, as well as close to shopping areas and food options.

The hotel is conveniently located for those who want to be close to a beach and offers a kitchenette in the rooms, providing guests with the option to cook their own meals. In addition, there is a spacious back area where dogs can play ball or frisbee, allowing guests to enjoy quality time with their furry friends.

The staff at the hotel was reported to be rude and unhelpful by some guests.

We found out when we got there that you did not get anything in the kitchen and you had to ask for it. The shower curtain was broken in the bathroom and we requested to get it fixed and it never happened.

Its location in Lenexa was marvellous and nice, close enough to shopping areas and food and mc donalds 1 block away for breakfast

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even upgraded our room to accommodate our family and made our kids feel special. The front desk gave my toddler stickers, which he loved. The attentive and helpful staff made our stay memorable.
